This Privacy Policy describes how the Gordon Lawn Care app ("the App") collects, uses, and protects information.

• Account information: email address and password, used to sign in via Firebase Authentication.
• Customer records: names, addresses, property notes, and photos entered by the business owner to manage lawn care jobs and invoices.
• Job and route data: scheduling details and location information used to plan and navigate service routes.
• Invoice and payment data: invoice amounts and payment status. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; the App does not collect or store credit card numbers.
• Team information: email addresses of team members invited to a business account.

How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the App's core features: managing customers, scheduling jobs, generating and collecting payment on invoices, planning routes, and coordinating team access within a business account. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Data Storage

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. under its own privacy and security practices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to operate the App (e.g. Firebase for storage, Stripe for payment processing), or if required by law.

Your Choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
